Job Description
  • Answer incoming calls and route, process accordingly.  
  • Process incoming mail; deliveries
  • Process client invoices via inspHire and SAGE/Timberline; scan and route to accounting; check against contract files
  • Process all vendor invoices, ensuring PO's and Rental Contracts are accurate
  • Maintain all customer insurance certificates checking for appropriate coverage and coverage period
  • Maintain contract files; ensuring all contracts are signed and filed in a timely manner via DocuSign
  • Process checks and credit card payments via SAGE and credit card processing site
  • Effective organizational and communication skills.
  • Must also be prepared to operate independent and possess strong teamwork and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Strong influencing and internal customer service skills; intermediate presentation skills
  • Managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, on tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High level MS-Office computer skills.
